Our recent survey for The Monday Campaigns was highlighted in a recent article about 5 principles for weight loss. We surveyed 1063 US citizens and asked how COVID-19 has been impacting their stress levels and sleep schedules. The findings revealed that 86% of those surveyed reported having a hard time resisting junk food, as stress has lead to consumers looking for quick and easy food solutions.
The primary focus of the article is giving solutions to these kinds of health issues, such as “To boost your self-efficacy, determine one feasible change you can make to support your goal. Let’s say you decide to tackle the snack habit you picked up in quarantine. Instead of saying, “I’m going to snack less,” set a specific goal, like “I will eat fruit with a snack at least three times a week.”
