For AI company Persado we conducted a survey of 1061 US consumers to gather feedback about how AI can be used to make banking easier. The study, which was carried out from August 16-20, found that 75% of respondents believe that Artificial Intelligence is acceptable for banks to use in order to make the banking process easier for the consumer. We also found that 50% of those surveyed feel that bank communications are formal, impersonal, and out of touch.
