We recently conducted a study for Rootstock Software, which assessed how manufacturers currently view and use AI in their everyday operations, their plans for future adoption, and how these tools are impacting their roles. Respondents included 350 manufacturers across the U.S., U.K. and Canada in organizations with 100+ employees: 70% of manufacturers say they’ve implemented some form of AI into their operations, and 82% have plans to increase their AI budgets in 2024. With this growing interest comes new concerns, with only 37% of manufacturers being confident in the data underpinning their AI initiatives.
