Our study for Intellum, an EdTech for Business company, was recently released. For the survey we interviewed 445 full time US employees between December 2022 and January 2023. We found that of these respondents, HR professionals overall feel less confident, with (16%) saying they “lack the knowledge and training I need to succeed,” as compared to education professionals (8%). Additionally we found that layoffs and budget cuts are having a direct impact on these educators in succesfully teaching and training their co-workers.
