We discovered in our recent survey for Yango that consumers in the UAE place high value on personalisation and accurate understanding in AI assistants. Conducted between February 7th and 20th, the survey aimed to discover the important features that the 500 participating UAE residents look for in an AI assistant. We found that the majority of respondents value assistant’s that can identify different users (66%), and recognize different accents, and speech patterns (63%).
