On behalf of LifeStance Health, we conducted an online survey of 1,026 U.S. adults aged 18 and older. The survey was fielded from June 4 to June 5, 2025, and found that 83% of Americans are experiencing “stressflation” – mental health impacts from financial stress driven by inflation and economic uncertainty. We also found that nearly half (47%) of respondents have skipped therapy appointments due to cost constraints.
