On behalf of Wave, we conducted a survey of 1,087 U.S. business owners from January 22 to February 4, 2024 to get responses on factors impacting their mental health and stress levels. The issues that impact mental health and stress levels the most were business finances (57%), followed by personal/family issues (49%), and work/life balance (47%). In regards to financial stress, 62% of business owners say they’ve been turned down for funding.
