Researchscape will generate a weighted topline report from your survey using raking (rim weighting) for any combination of questions. A typical weighting scheme of U.S. adults includes the following questions:
- Age
- Gender
- Census region or division
- Education level
- Race and Hispanicity
- Political party
- Political ideology
- Evangelical Christianity
- Voter registration
Post-stratification weighting is typically done once the survey is complete to make the results more closely conform to the national totals for key demographic categories.
