We conducted an Annual Enrollment Period survey for Connie Health. This study asked 1129 US seniors on Medicare or Medicaid between September 15 to 19th about how comprehensive their understanding of their health benefits are. The results were concerning, as 66% of respondents stated that they they didn’t review their health care coverage and costs when their AEP came around. The importance of having proper knowledge of health care benefits is reflected by the fact that 57% of seniors expressed concerns about unexpected health issues.
