We conducted Traliant’s 2026 State of Workplace Harassment Report in December 2025, a survey of 2,193 U.S. adult workers at organizations with 100 to over 1,000 employees across healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and professional occupations. We found that nearly four in ten employees (38%) report witnessing workplace harassment in the past five years, and 21% of employees say they have been direct targets. Men are more likely than women to report witnessing harassment (41% versus 36%), while women are more likely than men to report experiencing harassment firsthand (22% versus 19%).
