Personalization has a high priority among digital marketers in the US. As a result more than 85% of marketers are now serving up relevant personalized content, messages and experiences in real-time across Websites, social media, email and mobile devices to foster stronger relationships and drive sales. More than two-thirds of the 250 marketing professionals participating in a recent survey by Evergage and Researchscape International revealed that they were able to realize an increase in conversion rates, increased visitor engagement and improved customer experiences. But although personalization is working the vast majority of marketers remain stuck at the basics.
