We conducted the 2022 Survey Report: Public Safety Trends for Rave Mobile Safety, which was recently released. This study asked 273 first responders or emergency professionals between December 2021 and January 2022 about the difficulties they are facing on the job. As per the report “New strategies are needed to fill the gap. Emergency response teams need innovative ways to overcome these obstacles. Collaboration between stakeholders, real-time information sharing, new technologies and relationship building within the community will all be critical moving forward to strengthen public safety professionals’ ability to serve their communities”. With the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, the importance of public safety officials is at an all time high.
