We conducted a survey for RiskOptics in March 2023, with 261 responses from U.S. InfoSec and GRC leaders in a variety of job levels and across various industries. One of the main concerns in the risk management industry is the rising frequency and severity of cyber attacks, with 49% of respondents view each as a major source of worry. Another major worry that more than half of security face is the challenge presented by completing risk assessments, with 54% saying that it is harder than signing up for health insurance, and 55% finding it harder than getting a license renewed at the DMV.
