Small business owners in the pet services industry—groomers, kennels, etc.—who prioritize technology and digital solutions have an advantage in adapting to an ever-changing market, according to a new report by DaySmart Software, the makers of 123Pet business management software.
…The DaySmart Software report, which surveyed 230 U.S. small business owners in the pet services industry, was conducted in partnership with research firm Researchscape International in Sarasota, Fla. DaySmart Software is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Mich.
