Our survey for Integral, was highlighted by Ragan to better understand employee’s opinions regarding politics in the workplace. Conducted in early July, the survey of 2,000 US adults found that 47% believe they should have the ability to express their political views in the workplace and felt comfortable sharing their own personal political views at their organization (48%). While the survey has not yet been published, this data was shared in regards to the recent assassination attempt on former president Trump.
