For Motorola Solutions we conducted the U.K. Retail Worker Safety Report in October 2024. We asked 1,013 full- and part-time retail workers across the UK what steps can be taken by retail stores to better ensure the safety of consumers and employees alike. We found that the majority (62%) of respondents think that additional safety measures should be implemented to keep employees safe. Additionally, 41% of retail employees expressed concern about their safety heading into the holiday shopping rush.
