On behalf of the Checkin.com group, we conducted a survey of 1,212 U.S. adults, ages 18 and over, from September 6 to 9, 2024 to better understand the issues faced by airline commuters. The primary concern of participants were long lines at security (61%), with flight delays or cancellations (57%) and long lines at the airline terminal counter (41%) as the other three most common causes of delays or inconveniences they face at the airport. The most popular airline with respondents was SkyWest Airlines (93%), with the least popular being Hawaiian Airlines (65%).
